Zero sperm (Azoospermia) is a medical condition in which a man has no sperm in his semen. It can be caused by a number of factors, including problems with the testicles, the prostate gland, or the tubes that carry sperm. In some cases, the cause of azoospermia is unknown. Treatment options for azoospermia depend on the underlying cause of the condition and may include medications, or assisted reproductive technologies. We need to confirm what is causing your sperm count problem first before any treatment recommendation.

Note that  your testicles produce sperm. So now that your testicles  are not producing the required normal sperm then there is a problem somewhere. Which we need to find out.

Why a lot of men do not get desired results while treating their low or zero sperm count?

Here are the major causes of low sperm count in men.

If there is an inflammation or swelling either:

1. On the veins that transport blood to the testicles this is called (varicocele) 
2. Or there is fluid built up in the scrotum caused by infection this is called (hydrocele)
3. Or infection has attacked the testicles, this is called (orchitis)
4. Or infection has entered epididmis cords that protects the testicles and make them swell up, this is called (epididmytis)
5. Or there is calcium deposit in the testicles, this is called (microlithiasis)
6. Or your testicles are small than your age, this is called (Testicular atropy)

Thes are diseases that may happened to a male scrotum.

And in most cases of either low  sperm count or zero sperm count one of  these problems is usually the root cause. But many do not know.

Why is it important to find out the cause of your sperm count problem first?

Most people do come to us with low sperm count disease and do ask us for treatment to boost their sperm count.with their money at hand, we don’t give them any sperm boosters at first, we asked them to keep the money first, because it might amount to a waste  of resources ton them if they are boosting their sperm without knowing what the problem is first.

Let me explain better. You can’t give an effective solution to a problem that you don’t know the cause of that problem.

Every man needs to have a minimum of 20 millions sperm count. If a sperm count is below 20 million e.g 19million,or 17million or 13million or 1 million  etc it is considered as low sperm count.

Normally, every man needs to produce more than 20million it can be 150millon counts or more. So if you have below 20 million, that means there is a problem somewhere and we need to find out what the problem is, for us to get desired results.

It is just like if you fill a drum with water for a purpose and the drum is leaking at the middle of the drum. The solution is not to keep putting more water inside the drum to fill it up, doing so will still take you back to square one. But the permanent solution is to fix the place the water is leaking from and the problem is over.
